Furthermore, the Life Sciences segment crafts health and dietary supplements, notably an I. Japonica-Bombyx Fungus product and Sudachin, a distinct citrus peel extract powder. Founded in 1909, the firm was formerly known as Dai-ichi Kogyo Seiyaku Co., Ltd. before rebranding to DKS Co. Ltd. in 2013.
