Published pricing, including the seat schedule

Every incumbent in this category hides per-seat cost behind a “contact sales” form. Ours is on the page. Annual billing is shown by default; monthly runs about 25% higher.

Team seat schedule

The band applies automatically as seats are added — there is no negotiation step and no different number for whoever asks hardest.

Billed per record returned — re-reads bill again, so freshness is what you pay for. One credit buys 1 company record or 10 job postings: the same key queries companies, funding, rankings and the global jobs catalog (330k+ classified postings a month, with delta pulls for feeds). Every key starts free with 500 records a month, permanently — evaluate on real data with no countdown.

Questions worth answering before you buy

What counts as a record?

One company record, or ten job postings. Re-reading a company later bills again, because what you are paying for is the current state of it rather than a copy you already hold.

What is the distinct-company cap?

A ceiling on how many DIFFERENT companies one key may read in a calendar month. It resets on the 1st, like the record quota. Records/month governs how hard you may pull; the distinct cap governs how wide you may range in a month — 2,000 records spread over 1,000 companies is a different plan from 2,000 records on 50 companies you watch closely.

Do unused records roll over?

No. Both monthly quotas reset on the 1st and neither carries forward.

Can I buy as an individual?

No. Xcout Intel is sold to businesses only, and checkout asks for company details.

What happens when I cancel?

Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account drops to Free. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.

What happens if I go over, or move down a plan?

On a paid API plan, records beyond the monthly quota are served and billed at $0.02 each; ask us for a hard cap if you would rather be stopped. Free keys and the API allowance included with a seat plan stop at their quota. If a payment fails, access continues unchanged for 7 days while we retry, then the workspace returns to Free — nothing is deleted. Moving down a plan applies the new limits to the next call, the next export and the next month's quotas.
