How we know
Xcout Intel reads AI skill from each posting's description at the same 5,140 companies in both windows, and counts a posting when the role itself asks for AI skills, tools, agents or large language models.
Full figures: Hiring Pulse. How every report is built: methodology.
What this does not show
- AI-skill detection changed on 9 October 2026: a posting now counts only when the role itself asks for AI skills. Both windows were re-scored the same way, but these shares should not be compared with editions before 11 October 2026.
- Sector is the employer's, not the role's: a sales posting at a software company counts under Technology.
- Hiring Pulse uses two windows: company, sector and country changes compare four-week periods; role families and AI shares compare eight-week windows. The two are not combined in one figure.
