Which job roles are growing fastest?
According to Xcout Intel, healthcare support roles grew fastest: their share of all new job postings rose 32.3% between 13 July – 6 September 2026 and 7 September – 1 November 2026, across 207 employers. Nurse (+29.6%) and physician (+23.7%) followed.
The healthcare support figure leaves out BAYADA Home Health Care and Ouihelp, whose own postings would otherwise move it; with them the raw change is +51%.

How we know
Every posting at the same 5,140 companies is filed into a job family from its title, and each family's share of all new postings is compared across two eight-week windows (13 July – 6 September 2026 and 7 September – 1 November 2026). Where one employer's own postings would move a family's figure, that employer is left out and named.

What this does not show
- A role family's change is a change in its share of all new postings, not a count: postings grew overall between the two windows, so a family can add roles and still fall.
- Hiring Pulse uses two windows: company, sector and country changes compare four-week periods; role families and AI shares compare eight-week windows. The two are not combined in one figure.
- These are new postings at a fixed panel of companies on their own careers sites — not employment, not hires. Recruitment agencies and job boards are left out.
