How we know
Xcout Intel collects funding rounds and their named investors from public filings and news, removes duplicates across sources, and merges investor names that refer to one firm.

What this does not show
- A round's size is the whole round, never one investor's cheque, which no source we use discloses.
- An investor is counted only where a source names it; undisclosed participants are not seen, so counts are floors.
- Accelerators back many companies with small cheques, so a count of rounds measures activity, not capital.
